  1. My login / password isn't working and I can't login to my account:
    We recently upgraded out website and some of the newer accounts were reset. Contact us privately and we'll reset your password for you.

  2. My order won't go through because my billing address is not the same as my shipping address:
    You can enter 2 separate addresses. When this happens, it's because the credit card billing address was entered incorrectly. Make sure the FIRST address you enter at checkout is the exact address that the credit card statement goes to (for example, if you are using a business card, this is usually the main corporate location). The SECOND address is where you can enter a different shipping address if needed. If you're still having trouble, you can download a manual order form to fill out by hand here.

  3. How do I change my password?
    Login to your account and click on My Account from the main menu. Then click Edit Profile. Then click the arrow next to Manage Password. You'll need to know your current password in order to change this. Once you'd updated your password, click the Change Password button. If you don't know your password, see question #1 above.
