Question: Ordering 
Can I buy just one or a few rolls of foam tape? 
ANSWER:
 No. Foamtapes products are available only in full carton quantities. Case quantities and packaging information are listed on each specific product page. 

Question: Product Information 
Can I get a sample of the foam tape I'm interested in? 
ANSWER:
 You may request a small material sample if necessary. Please provide us with a mailing address and the material you are interested in. All sample materials are about 2" wide x 6" long and are mailed via standard USPS Mail. UPS shipping is available only when prepaid by the customer. If you require a larger sample for testing, a certificate of compliance or RoHS paperwork, you must purchase from www.lamatek.com. There is a $350 minimum to buy direct.

How many rolls of foam tape are in a case? 
ANSWER:
 This information is on a per-product basis. Packaging information is available under specific product listings. 

Question: Shipping 
When will my foam tape order ship? 
ANSWER:
 All orders, including those with expedited shipping, require 1-3 business days to process. Expedited shipping options speed up transit time, not processing. Same day shipping is not available. For detailed information about shipping, please view our full shipping policy

Question: Ordering 
Why isn't my credit card working? 
ANSWER:
If you are using a company credit card, try entering the MAIN CORPORATE address under "Billing". You can elect to ship your order to a different address. Typically, company credit cards are billed to the corporate location rather than the local branch. If you still get a server error or an AVS mismatch, you may contact us for assistance.

Where is foamtapes.net located? 
ANSWER:
Our warehouse is located in Paulsboro New Jersey 08066. Your order will ship from there.

What is your returns policy? 
ANSWER:

Question: Ordering 
Does foamtapes.net accept international orders? 
ANSWER:
 Yes, all international orders ship via UPS. You may contact us for a shipping estimate prior to placing your order. We do not ship international orders via standard USPS mail. 

Question: Custom Products 
What if I need a die-cut shape made from foam tape? 
ANSWER:
 foamtapes.net only provides standard roll products in case quantities. Visit www.lamatek.com to get quotes on custom die-cut parts.

I don't see the product I'm looking for. Do you offer additional sizes? 
ANSWER:
 Foamtapes.net stocks only the products listed on our website. Visit www.lamatek.com for custom products and a wider range of options. 

Question: Ordering 
Do you accept any other forms of payment? 
ANSWER:
 Foamtapes.net accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express ONLY. Purchase order, check, money order, wire transfer, and COD are not accepted. To pay by other methods, you must apply for an account with our parent company, LAMATEK, which requires a $350 minimum to buy.

 Foamtapes.net products are available online only. We do not sell through retail stores or distributors.
